- Providing weekly training in mindfulness meditation and spiritual practice
- Volunteering and donating to Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma
- Participating in Women’s March rallies and other social action/outreach
- Leading and attending The Interfaith Trialogue Series (Oklahoma Center for Community & Justice)
- Members of Compassionate Tulsa initiative
- Volunteering at Tulsa Women’s Shelter
- Participating in constructive and nonviolent conversations on social media
- Publishing and distributing Refuge in the Local Sangha: Empowering Lay Leadership and Participation (see ‘Sangha Leadership Resources’ above)
- Creating/distributing support materials for leading local sanghas everywhere
- Providing weekly sessions and training in mindfulness meditation
- Voluntary/individual support for International Campaign for Tibet (https://www.savetibet.org).
